Description;

Modified PP WAVE MONO FILAMENT FİBER is made is of 100 % nano high tech polypropylene, yielding a high performance concrete reinforcement system. Modified PP WAVE MONO FILAMENT FİBER is used to reduce plastic and hardened concrete, improve impact strength, and increase fatigue resistance and concrete toughness and is 100 %alkali proof.

Applications:

Modified PP WAVE MONOFILAMENT FIBER is mainly used with performance concrete and mortar application such as industrial floors, bridge decks, shortcete, loading docks, highway, railway, bridge, swimming pool, pound, ditch, industrial workshop, warehouse and parking lot and so on.

Dosage

Generally the recommended amount to add to the concerete is 0.6- 0.9-1-2-4-5 kg per sqm for cement.

Mixing process;

The proportion of cement sand and aggregate is no need to be channed. Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber to make the compound mix completely. Also it can be mixed evenly with cement and other aggregates in advance, stirring by adding water at works before conctruction.
